Bread coated in lard
Ingredients:
- Pastry of “su pane’e vresa”
- Aged lard
Preparation:
With a slice of lard, brush the surface of
the pastry until it has been well soaked.
Place the bread on the grill or on a grate
on the grill. To be eaten hot.
It is crispy and tasteful and is a good accompaniment
to antipasto. |
